David Vardeman
Mr. Vardeman is currently responsible for outbound Business Development and Networking in the GWR Region, supervising eight employees, including a minority Asian Division. He has a triangle of goals involving individual, team, and staff objectives requiring self-management, coaching, and ongoing strategic planning. He specializes in not-for-profit banking and has a particular focus on the military community.
He has personally focused Capital Bank’s philanthropic outreach on the military community, encompassing all branches, to address as many issues as possible. He is often asked for help with strategic planning for associations, membership-based nonprofits, and donation and special event fundraising planning for numerous nonprofits.
